  • Central Kitchen: Meat and cheese portioning, glaze, and pie preparation
  • Fruit/Vegetable: Washing, peeling, and processing for fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Warehouse and Distribution: Central storage, coolers, freezers, and distribution facilities
