Project Highlights

  • Provided planning, engineering, architectural, and construction administration services for a new 45,000 sq. ft. facility
  • Vertically integrated with abattoir for cattle and hogs, carcass wash, and boning.
  • Facility is designed to produce a variety of cooked and smoked products, batter/breaded products and raw ground products
  • Building security is integral in the design and includes a central monitoring station for the entire operation
  • Facility functions as a vocational training facility as well as a production facility
