  • Hendon & Redmond provided planning, kitchen design and architectural/engineering services for the Ohio River Valley Food Venture small business commercial kitchen incubator facility.
  • The facility is a shared-use commercial kitchen which provides space and services to bakers, caterers and specialty food producers.
  • The state-of-the-art kitchen provides equipment for the preparation, cooking and processing of a wide variety of food items. Equipment includes steam kettles, cook ‘n hold ovens, fryers, vertical mixers, proofers and an automated bottle filling system.
